ROTC Leadership Award Online

The Military Order of the Purple Heart's Youth Programs is focused on fostering patriotism and good citizenship among America's youth. We recognize outstanding leadership in cadets and midshipmen through the Senior and Junior ROTC programs in the United States and Department of Defense Dependent Schools worldwide.

In order to take part in the MOPH ROTC Award Program, you need only fill out the Cadet Leadership Award Order Form and submit it to MOPH National Headquarters. Upon receipt of the form at National Headquarters, the medal will be forwarded to the chapter or directly to the ROTC unit, as requested.
