Jennifer Pereyra, who reports to the National Adjutant, is responsible for the daily operation of the
Supply Department which includes: maintaining appropriate inventory levels, particularly Recruiting and
Americanism items; processing and preparing all orders for shipment; producing bylaws, certificates etc;
researching for and recommending acquisition of new items; and providing Commanders throughout MOPH, from
the National to Chapter level, with logistic support . . . . For the important Americanism Program, she
works to ensure that the online order process on the MOPH website provides a quick turnaround . . . . The
website also has a PDF form that can be downloaded, completed and mailed or faxed to the Supply Department,
but takes slight longer to process. Requests via either method must be approved by the National Americanism
Officer prior to shipment . . . . Jennifer is point of contact for vendors of MOPH products - Medals of
America, Personalized Just for You, and Keystone Uniform Cap – who now supply the medals, lapel pins, decals,
apparel, etc. that previously were available from the Supply Department. She routinely provides guidance
